IB Assessment & Grading

Each IB program has its own grading system:

1. PYP (Primary Years Programme)

  • No traditional grades – students are assessed using descriptive feedback and rubrics

  • The PYP Exhibition in the final year is a key culminating project

2. MYP (Middle Years Programme)

  • Graded using four criteria (A-D) in each subject, scored 1-8
